I understand that by participating in the OSMKC AMBASSADOR program that my images may be used by OSMKC for marketing, advertising and promotional purposes. As an Ambassador I AGREE TO HAVE MY SENIOR PORTRAITS TAKEN EXCLUSIVELY BY OSMKC throughout my senior school year. (excludes photos made by photographers at school events or paid modeling where you are not required to promote another photographer) As a OSMKC Ambassador, I will refer future Senior Ambassador applicants and will make positive remarks about my experience to my peers about OneShotMedia KC. I agree NOT to speak poorly of other studios or degrade classmates who choose to be photographed elsewhere. (that's just not nice) I agree to post images shot of me by OSMKC on my Social Media accounts. I am also willing to LOVE other images posted by OSMKC-to help spread the word! I understand that not only am I promoting my school and myself but I am also promoting a positive brand image of OSMKC. I understand that any violation of this agreement will cancel all commissions I may be entitled to from my referrals. I understand that a referral is someone who chooses to be photographed by OSMKC and use my discount code. Friends I refer will receive a 15% off discount.
